About the Role:
Were seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our global engineering teams in delivering exceptional software solutions and driving technical excellence. This is a strategic leadership role working closely with the CTO Head of Product and Heads of Operations to align engineering with business goals and product transformation.
As Head of Engineering you will lead global teams define and execute engineering strategy champion DevOps and QA practices and drive innovation through AI-assisted development.
Youll also be responsible for:
- Overseeing engineering operations budgets and performance metrics ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Optimizing development processes and delivery pipelines.
- Fostering a culture of technical excellence efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Design and Data teams.
- Promoting adoption of emerging technologies and AI-powered tools
Our engineering environment includes technologies such React Azure DevOps GitHub Octopus Deploy Snowflake and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Our Tech Team works within a learning and collaborative environment where empowerment is key to our success along with developing a culture of innovation and creating an environment where everyone can excel.
This role is based in our London office with the expectation to be onsite 23 days per week.

About You:
You are a technically accomplished and inspiring leader with:
- Proven experience in engineering leadership across multiple disciplines.
- Deep understanding of DevOps QA and modern development methodologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted development including agentic systems that enhance automation decision-making and productivity.
- A tech-first mindset and passion for innovation.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating cross regional engineering teams.
- Expertise in implementing engineering metrics and performance frameworks.
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and budget oversight capabilities.
