Sales Associate Store Diagonal 20h (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Sales Associate for our BOSS Store Diagonal in Barcelona working 20 hours per week (Part-Time).

Requirements:

  • Rotating schedules.
  • Experience in asimilar role(premium or luxury retail).
  • Experience inboutique retail(premium or luxury retail).
  • High level of English(B2-C1).

What you can expect:
  • Provideexcellent levels of customer service exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Maximise every selling opportunityto achieve store and individual sales targets as well as KPI indicators.
  • Identify customer needsand respond to all product-related questions including queries about price location features benefits and the use ofHUGO BOSSmerchandise.
  • Ensure that allcustomer orders and alterationsare completed efficiently and on time.
  • Optimise product knowledgeto recommend and highlight products to customers maximising selling opportunities.
Your profile:
  • Demonstrated experience inretail salesandtailoringwithin aluxury brand environment.
  • Willingness toadaptand take onnew challenges.
  • Ability to alwayspresent a professional image.
  • Successfully able to handlemultiple demandsandcompeting priorities.
  • Professionalismis maintained under all circumstances.
  • Fluent inEnglish or another language.
