Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a currentState of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure
Bachelors degree in nursing - required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 30 days of hire
Masters degree in nursing Business or Healthcare Administration - preferred
Minimum 7 years Clinical Nursing (3 years in Surgical Services) experience with at least 5 years management/Leadership experience - required
Experience with Cardiac Surgery Services Lines - preferred
