Job Summary
Visions Staffing is seeking an Accountant withexperience and a proven accounting background to join a great team in Garden Grove.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Read leasing terms and set up payments
- Audit accounts and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies resolve issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with management to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
- Preparing and filing form 1099
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with AppFolioa plus.
- Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to audit accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
