Starting at $27.00/hour

Your Role:

As a Receiving Clerk youwill manage the process of receiving inspecting and stocking materials. Key duties include verifying shipments against purchase orders accurately documenting all incoming and outgoing materials maintaining inventory records and performing physical tasks like loading unloading and operating warehouse equipment. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and mental stamina are essential for success in this role

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products materials and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians customer service representatives service providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Tracks traces and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a clean neat and member-ready area.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves scanning inventory and counting accurately.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

We need you to have:

• Work in a team/crew environment to become a true member of the team
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great Work ethic
• Ability to cover other shifts as needed
• Good attendance
• The ability to work 8 to 10 hours a day
• Carries a good level of energy along with interpersonal/communication skills
• Proficiency in adding and subtracting whole number
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Ability to work with one or both hands.
• Ability to do clerical work up to full production requirements.

Icing on the cake:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
