Were looking for a motivated BDC Representative to help drive our sales and customer service this role youll handle internet and phone leads schedule appointments and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience. The goal: boost showroom traffic support our sales team and build lasting customer relationships.
Automotive job experience is a plus but not required we provide training to help you succeed.

$17$19/hour base pay plus commission on appointments and sales

Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone email and online platforms
Follow up on leads schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Stay current on inventory promotions and manufacturer incentives
Answer customer questions and provide helpful friendly service
Reach out to existing customers for follow-ups lease renewals and equity opportunities
Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using computers and CRM software
Positive team-focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
