Responsibilities And What You Will Do
- Oversee a team of HR Supervisor & Coordinators.
- Attend ARO Management Calls weekly and Bi-Weekly Company meetings.
- Work one-on-one as necessary with Team Members and Managers.
- Managing the organization and maintenance of team projects.
- Updating internal HR database to ensure all information is up to date for any/all projects created.
- Prepare various HR documents not limited to: new hire guides contracts and more.
- Assist HR Hiring Department and other HR staff with activities not limited to onboarding new recruits streamlining processes creating documents etc.
- Respond to Team Member queries related to HR issues.
- Other tasks as needed.
Education and Requirements
- Prior experience in Human Resources.
- Be available to volunteer 10-15 hours a week.
- Possess a collaborative way of working.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Behave professionally in manner and appearance.
- Be consistently organized and flexible.
- Be a team player with demonstrated experience working with multiple groups or departments.
- Complex HR knowledge of procedures practices and policies.
