招聘岗位区域准入专员/经理
岗位地址北京上海广州济南/南京成都
岗位职责
- 参与准入策略制定并负责市场准入策略在区域内的执行
- 负责与相关利益方如政府相关部门进行沟通协调为公司争取有利的市场准入条件确保公司白蛋白以及NRDL谈判产品顺利落地
- 组织并参与各类市场准入相关的会议和活动建立并维护与政府部门学协会的良好关系
- 跟踪分析相关的政策法规医保准入动态尤其是DRG/MDL为公司业务发展和决策提供支持
- 负责地方惠民保商保创新药目录的准入工作
- 在公司SOP框架下与跨部门进行合作完成公司的商业目标
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历生物医学药学等相关专业
- 具备至少3年(专员)/5年(经理级别)医药行业市场准入经验并有成功主导或参与NRDL产品落地经验
- 熟悉医药行业的相关政策法规具备良好的政策解读能力
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神能够有效处理跨部门合作事宜
- 有罕见病血液制品准入经验者优先
