Description

As a Health and Benefits senior account executive you will contribute to a wide variety of complex solutions which go beyond traditional insurance broking service that involves plan design financing delivery ongoing management and communication of the full spectrum of health and benefit programs including medical life/disability well-being time off and flexible benefits.



Responsibilities

工作职责
1维护现有客户的良好合作关系积极开拓新的业务机会
与现有客户保持联系及时将现有客户的新业务需求上报主管
在主管及其他有经验同事的帮助下草拟续保报告
作为客户服务与技术支持的代表与客户沟通或向客户做服务方案的介绍与释疑
2维护现有客户现有业务规模提供日常保险经纪服务
在主管的指导下使现有客户的应续保业务收入续保率不低于95%
提供日常保险经纪服务主动与客户保持联络负责客户答疑及日常咨询
积极协助客户办理理赔续保等手续关注客户理赔信息与进展及时为客户解决信息变更及理赔纠纷等问题
3根据公司业务流程规范要求完成相关的业务管理工作以确保业务信息的完整性
及时完成业务系统的客户信息的录入和业务信息的上报
及时完成应收帐款的催收
遵守公司的合规规定



Qualifications

本科及以上学历专业为人力资源金融保险或英文者优先
②2年以上保险公司团险或员工福利方案相关工作经验
精通 Microsoft Office尤其是 Excel PowerPoint

能够及时有效地回应所有沟通

了解保险业务知识有较强的学习能力与解决问题能力

既能独立工作也能融入客户团队适应快节奏的工作环境
