Payout Schedule:
Day 1: $2500
90 Days: $2500
6 Months: $2500

Who Were Looking For:
Certified Ford or Lincoln Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply)
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Committed to quality work efficiency and getting it right the first time

Desire to learn and grow with a fast-moving dealership
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license
Ford/Lincoln certification
Efficiency quality and fixed-first-visit performance stats (preferred)
Organized and detail-oriented
