Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity Co-op positions are a full-time employment -ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcats different functions.
Role & Responsibility
- Develop embedded software scripts and internal utilities using C/C C# Python Qt and/or Matlab/Simulink.
- Create and execute unit hardware and on-machine tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews manage requirements and utilize project tracking systems.
- Operate equipment construct electrical harnesses log and analyze test data
Job Requirement
- Sophomore Junior Senior standing in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science Software Engineering Cybersecurity Engineering or equivalent
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access and PowerPoint)
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
