Castle Hyundai of Downers Grove is hiring a General Sales Manager. As a General Sales Manager youll be responsible for managing our Sales Representatives ensuring profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction and overseeing vehicle sales processes. Youll monitor performance collaborate with the team to determine appropriate vehicle inventory levels address customerconcerns and develop action plans for the Sales department.

General Sales Manager Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager General Sales Manager with proven results required
- Leadership skills with a real passion and drive
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented friendly personality
- Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
- Quality customer service communication computer and basic math skills
- Acceptable driving record & valid drivers license
General Sales Manager: $150K - $200K
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
