For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in application support preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing tools particularly Jira and ServiceNow.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL. (plus)
- Portuguese/English B2 and French C1 or higher (mandatory)
- Availability to work in an hybrid model of 2x a week in the office in Porto
