The Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team is part of EYs EMEIA Tax Center (ETC) which is unique in providing exceptional client service across borders. Our 570 professionals in 21 countries deliver specialist tax business and technology expertise to address clients challenges in a dynamic environment.

The GCR team consists of over 225 individuals across 13 countries focusing on Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting Service Management and more. We support clients in managing compliance and reporting requirements while embracing diversity and inclusion.

Our Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting team collaborates with client tax functions providing insights from direct tax data and identifying opportunities for value. We work on large multi-country compliance engagements allowing for continuous learning and development.

The Opportunity

Join our growing Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting team as a manager working on EYs largest multi-country client engagements. This role involves direct tax compliance management identifying tax-saving opportunities and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clients direct tax compliance and audits across multiple countries.
• Oversee direct tax deliverables and compliance processes.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and risks ensuring quality delivery.
• Lead cross-border teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support process improvements and manage engagement documentation.

You will build trust-based relationships with clients ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Your day will involve managing team activities client meetings and reviewing deliverables.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 6 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and audit management.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver quality outputs.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with multi-country teams.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Tax qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent).
• Degree qualified with understanding of tax reporting and compliance processes.
• Experience in corporate tax compliance and project management.
