About this opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Manager SCM Atlantic Materials Management & Logistics the SCM Atlantic Personnel Logistics Advisor will be responsible for the coordination of people movements to offshore facilities. This role will work with various teams to understand the necessary resources needed on each offshore facility on a regular rotational basis as well as ad-hoc travelers as work scopes evolve.

What youll do:

  • Book offshore travelers in the Dawinci software and work with the helicopter provider and logistics to ensure people transportation occurs

  • Work with outside vendors to provide resources required from trades to complete offshore scopes as directed by the difference departments in the business unit

  • Coordinate with the business for LOA (Leave of absence) requests and backfills as part of regular rotations in the offshore schedule

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure timely information of return workers who are on leave

  • Work closely with the Cenovus Training Coordinator and HSE to ensure compliance to travel offshore from a training/HSE perspective

  • Use Dawinci travel software to maintain and create user IDs liaison with software vendor and facilitate reporting as required

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in people logistics

  • Bachelor of Commerce would be considered an asset

  • Experience in using Dawinci and Kabal
