What Youll Do

• Oversee project lifecycles from the close of contract to on-site product delivery. This involves coordinating schedules with clients and industry partners to ensure top-tier quality for our custom architectural metal systems.
• You will play a key role within our studio handling tasks such as submitting and tracking RFIs change orders and drawing submittals.
• You will also oversee client and engineering coordination troubleshooting and developing solutions for field issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential as you will be working across various projects products and scales concurrently.

We specialize in ultra-modern architectural metal systems including balcony and stair guardrails wall screens canopies and fencing. Collaborating with renowned architecture firms youll be at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

What will make you successful

• Client Coordination:Proven track record of effectively coordinating with clients within the building industry (Installers GC Architect Ownership)
• Metal Fabrication: Experience in Architectural metal fabrication is highly preferred.
• Logistics Expertise:Familiarity with logistics in the manufacturing industry. Issuing P.O Vendor Coordination shipping logistics samples coordination.
• Quality Control:Understanding of quality control processes
• Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Word Excel and Bluebeam with experience in BuilderTrend and project management software being a plus.
• Problem-solving:Ability to think outside the box and thrive in urgent situations.
• Positive Attitude:Always aiming for positive solutions as a team.
• Communication Skills:Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
• Organization and Time Management:Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum 2-3 years in project management specifically in Design/Architecture and commercial construction
• CAD Skills:experience with CAD is required. Solidworks experience preferred.
