Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Architects & Project Management professional to lead the planning design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role requires a strong balance of creative design expertise technical knowledge and project management leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from initial concept to final construction documentation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget
- Coordinate with clients consultants engineers contractors and stakeholders
- Prepare and review drawings specifications and project reports
- Oversee project timelines risk management and quality control
- Ensure compliance with building codes zoning regulations and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and support construction phase activities
- Provide clear communication and leadership throughout all project phases
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Project Management or a related field
- Professional architectural license or relevant certifications (preferred)
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
