What Youll Do
The Agile Project Controls Scheduler will report to the Production Control Estimating & Project Integration Manager and will assist in driving production control for the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge Tennessee. The candidate will work with cross-functional departments to provide working and adaptable Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) as needed or requested by Y-12 organizations to facilitate project execution recovery and alignment with site deliverables.
Provide working and adaptable Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) such as P6 schedules Excel action status trackers and/or Tableau metrics
Plan develop monitor and control project scope schedules and risk for projects and tasks
Significantly interface with Project Managers and Core Team Members as well as functional organizations
Develop recovery schedules and raise awareness of impacts and/or conflicts before impacting Master Production Schedule
Develop readiness schedule to meet Master Production Schedule Test and Evaluations and Production build date
Effectively facilitate meetings
Support L2 milestones dashboard and address any gaps between L2-L4 tasks
Generate integrated project schedules to achieve mission deliverables
Track completions against project plans
Organize accurate report information for management meetings Site Priority IPOD etc.
Resolve complex issues and possess strong organizational skills excellent oral and written communications skills strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
Work under minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple/changing priorities

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Masters degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 yeras of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
