SR IT Consultant PRN

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Consultant to lead and support the full lifecycle of ERP development initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping ERP architecture guiding development roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutionsparticularly within the Infor CloudSuite ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of the ERP development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Provide architectural guidance for ERP systems ensuring scalable secure and high-performing solutions.
• Design and validate integration strategies with third-party systems and internal platforms.
• Develop and maintain ERP development roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the ERP landscape.
• Leverage hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite modules (e.g. Financials Supply Chain HCM WFM) to guide solution design and implementation.
• Support configuration customization and optimization of Infor CloudSuite applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership.
• Facilitate workshops design sessions and status reviews with stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of experience in ERP consulting or IT systems development.
• Proven experience with Infor CloudSuite (multi-module exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture integration patterns and development methodologies.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile project delivery is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• Infor CloudSuite certifications (e.g. HCM Financials Supply Chain).
• PMP TOGAF or similar certifications are a plus.

• Pay Range: $89.76-$143.33
