Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Stryker is hiring a Quality Engineer for the Global Quality Operations (GQO) team supporting the Endoscopy product lines to lead initiatives that ensure product quality regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence reducing non-conformances and improving customer satisfaction through proactive quality engineering practices.

What you will do:

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues collaborating with engineering and procurement to implement effective containment and resolution strategies.
Provide engineering support across business units including repair analysis component issue resolution and Lean process development.
Mentor team members on quality methodologies and technical procedures such as SPC root cause problem-solving and Lean principles.
Evaluate and improve inspection methods fixtures and production processes to ensure accuracy repeatability and regulatory compliance.
Drive reduction of non-conformances scrap and rework costs while enhancing customer experience through proactive quality initiatives.
Support QA functions including CAPA risk analysis design verification/validation and resolution of post-market issues.
Design and validate experimental and production fixtures and systems; manage multiple projects within design and budget constraints.
Analyze process trends financial data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and ensure data integrity.

What you need:

Required

Bachelors degree in engineering

Preferred

Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance principles and Quality System Regulations (QSR) including ISO 13485 standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and mechanical GD&T drawings with foundational skills in electrical and electronic troubleshooting.

69100.00 to 139600.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
