Requirements
- Proven experience in operations facility management retail development or logistics (13 years).
- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills with landlords and business partners.
- Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel for site analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and contract management.
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new locations for parcel lockers (shopping malls residential complexes supermarkets gas stations etc.).
- Lead negotiations and conclude rental or partnership agreements.
- Organize the installation relocation and maintenance of devices coordinating contractors and service teams.
- Monitor site performance: traffic device utilization and transaction levels.
- Optimize network placement by proposing relocations or removals of underperforming units.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular reports on new sites contracts and network performance.
- Collaborate closely with the service and technical support teams to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
