The Compliance SLMO team is responsible for the Group Compliance monitoring program to ensure DLL adheres to regulatory requirements internal policies and industry standards. As a member of the team you will operate within the second line of defense to support the team in identifying assessing and reporting compliance risks while driving improvements across the control environment. Day to day Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and scoping of Second Line Monitoring & Oversight (SLMO) activities utilizing risk assessments outcomes of monitoring activities incidents findings and regulatory developments to prioritize deliverables.
Execute monitoring oversight reviews and assessments as outlined in the teams planned activities.
Support and advise on the execution of monitoring actions performed by Local Compliance Officers at DLL branches and subsidiaries.
Support the Compliance Functions execution of the second line of defenses risk-based monitoring program (including testing activities) relating to compliance themes and related risks with the aim to evaluate whether activities are continuously conducted according to relevant requirements (the execution of the monitoring program is performed in collaboration with operational risk).
Contribute to compiling compliance monitoring reports with clear findings root causes and actionable recommendations.
Identify and advise on improvements in processes and controls to drive the continuous improvement cycle

Essentials:
University degree in Law Forensics Criminology or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in compliance monitoring or related roles.
Knowledge of relevant Financial Crime ESG Privacy and/or Conduct regulations; understanding of the three lines of defense compliance risk management model is a plus
Analytical with excellent attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a hands-on mentality
Proficient communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
