Full-Time Competitive Pay Leadership Role in Residential Generator Installation
Location: Mt Pleasant SC
Generator Supercenter is the #1 standby generator installer in the nation providing homes and businesses with reliable backup power solutions. We specialize in the installation and service of whole-home generators and energy systems that promote safety security and energy independence.
- Oversee the installation of standby generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS)
- Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electric Code (NEC) and state/local regulations
- Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices on the job site
- Interpret blueprints wiring diagrams and project plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after installation
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all work is performed according to company safety policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records
Requirements:
- Valid Master Electrician License in the state of SC
- Proven experience as a Master Electrician or similar senior electrical role
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems wiring methods and generator installation
- Ability to train manage and lead other electricians and apprentices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments including outdoors and confined spaces
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience installing Generac Kohler or other standby generator systems
- Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with trenching conduit bending and service panel upgrades
