About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster licensed in Georgia to join a leading insurance organization. This role requires strong knowledge of Georgia workers compensation laws effective claims management skills and the ability to deliver excellent service to insureds and injured workers.
Salary/Benefits:

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience handling Georgia Workers Compensation claims.
- Active Georgia Workers Compensation Adjuster license (required).
- Strong knowledge of Georgia WC laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Georgia Workers Compensation claims from initial assignment through resolution.
- Investigate claims to determine compensability and appropriate reserves.
- Review medical records wage statements and other documentation to ensure accurate claim handling.
- Coordinate with medical providers employers and injured workers to facilitate treatment and return-to-work programs.
- Negotiate settlements within authority and attend mediations/hearings as required.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia Workers Compensation statutes and internal company policies.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on claim activity and financials.
