Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction aligned with CompTIA A certification objectives in an interactive online synchronous format.
- Plan and prepare lessons assignments and lab activities to reinforce core IT concepts including hardware software networking operating systems and troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on training and simulations that mirror real-world IT support scenarios.
- Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments; provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Assist students in preparing for both Core 1 and Core 2 A certification exams including test-taking strategies.
- Utilize technology-based teaching tools including the Canvas LMS for instruction and course management.
PAY RATE:
$75.00 per contact hour
Qualifications
- Possess a CompTIA A certification (Core 1 & Core 2).
- Demonstrated professional experience in IT support help desk or related technical roles.
- Familiarity with instructional technology and online learning platforms.
- Adaptable in teaching approaches to ensure student comprehension and engagement.
- Skilled in mentoring adult learners and supporting diverse learning styles.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
