Job Summary
Essential Role Requirements:
- Strong understanding and experience in general labouring tasks on construction sites
- Ability to assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks including material handling site preparation and general maintenance
- Experienced in working safely around live services and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Proactive with good time management skills
- Responsible for replenishing materials maintaining clean and safe site conditions and ensuring safe access routes
- Able to perform daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and report maintenance requirements to site management
Desirable:
- Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets for machinery operation such as Telehandlers Dumpers and Rollers
- 1-2 years experience in construction labouring with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience working as part of a team or gang is highly valued
General Expectations:
- Reliable & punctual
- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
- Right to work in the UK
