As a Funeral Arranger you will play a vital role in guiding families through one of lifes most meaningful moments. You will bring compassion attention to detail and a personal touch to every serviceensuring that each arrangement reflects the wishes and values of the loved ones being honored.
You will collaborate with a dedicated team contribute to a culture rooted in care and respect and take pride in delivering service that goes above and beyond. With each interaction youll help create lasting memories provide comfort and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and assist with funeral and memorial services for families
- Prepare the memorial area for the family before the services start
- Maintain reverence and respect for the deceased at all times
- Ensure that all federal state and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed
Qualifications
- A caring heart and a passion for helping the community in need
- 1 year of funeral industry experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
- Professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations in a professional manner
Compensation
- $21.00-$23.00/hr. bonuses and incentives
