Job Description Summary
We are looking for Cost & Contract Manager to lead commercial strategy cost control and contract administration for our data centre projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial discipline optimizing procurement and managing contractual risk across the full project lifecyclefrom design and construction to commissioning and handover.

About the Role:
- Develop and manage detailed cost estimates budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare cost reports cash flow projections and financial models for leadership review
- Draft review and negotiate construction contracts consultancy agreements and procurement packages
- Liaise with legal and procurement teams to resolve disputes and mitigate risks
- Provide strategic input experience and expertise to organise set-up and expedite the project for success
About You:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering Finance or Construction Management
- Minimum 710 years of experience in cost and contract management for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in data centres cloud infrastructure or mission-critical facilities
- Familiarity with construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC NEC) and procurement frameworks
- Proficiency in cost management software Excel and project management tools
