Key Responsibilities
- Assist in job postings resume screening and candidate pipeline management.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Support HR reports and recruitment-related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources Business or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
