An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the award-winning dynamic and collaborative marketing team within Cornerstone Penguin Random House initially on a fixed-term contract. We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial marketer with experience working in a fast-paced marketing team. This role will work across the list with a particular focus on perennial catalogue titles (particularly our non-fiction publishing and Cornerstone Press) and sustaining the success of our titles over the long term.

The role
We are excited to announce a new role in our department initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position has the potential to become permanent after the initial period providing an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development.
We are looking for a creative and proactiveMarketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. Combining your creativity with strategic thinking and commercial awareness youll manage campaigns across a range of media; planning briefing and delivering content as well as reacting to new opportunities and shifts in the market. This role will create awareness of and engagement with Cornerstone books and authors in order to drive sales and build profiles of both catalogue and in market titles.
The candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues in the marketing team and other departments and display excellent communication skills. Youll react to sales data and opportunities in the market communicate campaign performance whilst honing and adapting live campaigns to maximise and sustain sales. Youll be highly organised simultaneously working across multiple campaigns and delivering them on time and to budget.

Hybrid working
While our offices across the UK are places to connect collaborate and celebrate with colleagues we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. This is a hybrid role working three days a week in our London Office at Embassy Gardens.
