About the job
As Head of Commercial you will play a pivotal leadership role in developing and executing the UK commercial strategy for NHS (licensed and unlicensed sales) and wholesale/retail segments across parallel trade generics and unlicensed product portfolios. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment that drives commercial success.

Who are you
We seek a candidate with proven experience in a Commercial role preferably in pharmaceutical sales into the NHS and/or Wholesale and retail sectors.
You will have a strong commercial understanding and an ability to identify opportunities.
As a professional you possess great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate your team. You also feel a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success.
You pride yourself on your ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
As Orifarm is an international company you must be proficient in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Our office is located in Hemel Hempstead UK. We have a flexible working policy and can consider remote working where this is required.
