About The Role

This position offers the opportunity to take part inCRMDigital Transformation; where we identify define develop and implement the mix of process technology and culture to improve the customers experience with personalized yet automated digital journeys. We are passionate about using technology to solve our customers supply chain challenges.

You will be doing

• Responsible forCx Agent Onboardingand collaboration with internalstakeholders
• AssistingCxProduct OwnerswithGeneral Feature Enhancements user stories
• Assisting Product Owners in developing planning implementing and evaluating various innovative projects onCRM
• Supporting Product Owners and Leaders with analyses data insights and reports
• Assisting with administrative tasks when needed for offsites or other department tasks
• Taking part in everyone having FUN at work

• Ability to handle ambiguous situations with excellent communication skills
• Skills in data analytics preferably with competences in Excel PowerBI or similar.
• Interest in learning about new technologiesincluding
• Flexible on working hours (20 hours/weekly) at our office atEsplanaden Copenhagen.
