In this role youll take a hands-on lead in developing and executing CRM strategies that put the customer first adapting them to the cultural and business needs of over 30 markets. Youll drive process improvements work closely with international teams to ensure our CRM system delivers real value and establish best practices that strengthen our customer-centric approach worldwide.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Your tasks:

  • Create and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and increase the company wide usage of CRM Customer Segmentation and support the establishment of global CRM campaigns programs and platforms in sales marketing and e-commerce.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of CRM software and tools at KWS ensuring they effectively support customer data management and analysis.
  • Partnering and collaborating across multiple business departments and markets to develop and reshape CRM procedures processes and implementation to enhance optimizations and best practices for the customer experience.
  • Act as a bridge between markets Business Units and technical teams to ensure effective solutions and process improvements while collaborating with external developers alongside your IT counterpart to manage project delivery (backlog requirements prepare for execution and end-to-end implementation).
  • Develop concepts and materials and support user adoption with trainings and frequent CRM community meetings.

Your profile:

  • Academic degree with focus on marketing or economics and a track record of several years of professional experience in a CRM expert role using different CRM platforms and managing customer data.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
  • Communication & Collaboration: excellent stakeholder management across all levels and with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills to identify troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
  • committed team player with passion for latest trends and benchmarks in the field of CRM.
  • Motivated; have an independent way of working can-do attitude paired with strong multi-dimensional thinking balancing strategy and execution
  • Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud ideally paired with proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools preferred.
  • very good command of English; additional languages are an asset
