YOUR MISSION:
Join us in reimagining customer experience with Agentic AI. As Senior Accountant (f/m/d) at Parloa your mission is to build scalable efficient and compliant accounting processes that support our rapid global growth from our Berlin or Munich this high-impact role youll lead initiatives across technical accounting reporting and systems to ensure we meet the highest standards. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams you will help transform our finance operations into a world-class AI-driven function.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Design and implement scalable accounting policies and internal controls in line with HGB
Build systems and reports to streamline the month-end close process
Prepare review and approve journal entries reconciliations and schedules
Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit requests
Analyze monthly variances and explain business drivers
Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams to solve process issues and drive improvements
Partner with the Accounting Manager on ad hoc projects and general corporate accounting matters
OUR TECH STACK: NetSuite DATEV Google Suite Slack Asana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Degree in Accounting or a similar field
4 years of accounting experience ideally in tech or public/private accounting
Deep knowledge of HGB; IFRS/US GAAP is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and a track record of building efficient scalable processes
Detail-oriented independent and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with NetSuite and familiar with DATEV
Experience with intercompany transactions consolidation and foreign currency translation
Background in financial reporting and audit support
Fluent (C1) in German and English
