About the Opportunity
As a Senior Product Specialist Mine Control youll act as a subject matter expert on Micromine Pitram providing advanced technical support solution design and training for clients operating in complex mining environments. Youll bridge the gap between clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment integration and optimal performance of Pitram.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the senior escalation point for technical support issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex SQL database and integration challenges.
- Assisting with new client implementations including deployment configuration and optimisation of Pitram.
- Delivering advanced training to clients and mentoring internal staff.
- Supporting sales with technical expertise during proposals workshops and demonstrations.
- Contributing to client engagement upgrades and long-term system optimisation.
About You
Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong communication skills. You will have:
- A qualification in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experienced in mining technology fleet management or operational mining systems.
- Proven skills in SQL database administration and supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience with system integration APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with real-time data systems telemetry and industrial communication protocols.
- Exposure to mining software or fleet management systems (e.g. Pitram Modular Hexagon Deswik).
