Job Description
Role:Senior Educator Nursery Room Leader
Location: 75 Colby Drive BELGRAVE HEIGHTS 3160 VIC
Centre: Goodstart Belgrave Heights
Employment Type: Permanent/Full time
Pay: $38.20 - $39.35 per hour based on experience

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Belgrave Heights:
- Be part of a warm and friendly 60-place centre that prides itself on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for children families and educators.
- Work in a purpose-built centre with four learning rooms and three spacious outdoor play areas surrounded by beautiful gum trees and nature.

- The successful candidate will be leading our Nursery Room a 12-place room supported by experienced Educators.
- You must be available to work all shifts.

Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
