Index Analytics is seeking a Business Process Lead who will be responsible for the success of the knowledge management (KM) framework implemented across the project and will drive continuous improvement of this framework in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring best practices are followed and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This framework includes the creation of a robust and accessible project knowledge base interpretation and implementation of federal policy and application of business process analysis principles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with project management the project team and the client as appropriate to design deliver and implement a functional repository of knowledge to improve project operations.
    • Work with the management team to support client relationship and deliverables management.
    • Validate clients and internal stakeholders business needs and requirements.
  • Oversee and operate the change management process ensuring deadlines are being met and the process is both being followed and is supporting its internal and external users.
  • Ensure required process enhancements are properly researched and documented:
    • Establish knowledge review processes to align knowledge with policy and process changes
    • Support the interpretation of federal policy
    • Facilitate and develop documentation of the enhanced process in the knowledge base and associated project work.
  • Provide regular and open communication within the program.
  • Understand visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
  • Identify gaps in documentation/materials needed develop a process for corrective action to ensure expeditious case resolution and work with the reporting team to enable metrics reporting.
  • Contribute to overall recommendations for enhancements to business processes workflows and case management.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency to respond to dynamic evolving and often times sensitive demands with high quality work products.
  • Support development of processes and protocols for storing information making it accessible controlling access and capturing new information while ensuring the security of this sensitive data.
  • Ensure all employees have access to information when completing their tasks and ensure employees are being notified in a timely manner when process changes are made.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional workstreams connecting the dots.
    • Track and share lessons learned captured on the project.
    • Ensure staff have a method for communicating questions issues and recommendations for change.
    • Ensure all departments are aware of any business requirement changes.
  • Support delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Summarize and synthesize information and effectively communicate findings in writing and verbally within internal team and to external government partners

Qualifications

  • US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years with the ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance.
  • Bachelors degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex requirements into actionable work items.
  • Demonstrated ability leading business process improvement activities.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication required.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and fulfill time sensitive demands.
  • Experience with Salesforce desired.

The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidates skills qualifications experience and market conditions.
