Responsibilities
Your Role:
Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Sustainability Analyst to support the development implementation and tracking of environmental social and governance (ESG) initiatives. This role will play a key part in advancing our sustainability goals analyzing data and communicating progress across internal and external stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Collect analyze and report sustainability data (e.g. energy use waste water greenhouse gas emissions) across operations and supply chain.
- Support ESG reporting efforts including CDP EcoVadis IFRS and annual sustainability reports.
- Assist with packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for environmental impact reduction.
- Support compliance and proactive strategy development related to sustainability and packaging regulations.
- Assist in lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and product sustainability evaluations.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate sustainability performance.
- Support internal education and engagement initiatives related to sustainability.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned periodically.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sustainability ESG reporting or environmental data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar tools.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g. GHG Protocol GRI IFRS).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.
Icing on the cake:
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of packaging sustainability and circular economy principles.
