Who You Are
Youre a motivated and analytical professional with:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Public Administration or a related field
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting in small groups or public settings
- A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
What Youll Do
As a Staff Analyst in the Operations Department you will support the Districts Operations Engineer and his managers by defining processes and helping to ensure operations meet regulatory and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing contracts grants and program agreements
- Preparing and monitoring budgets
- Coordinating and tracking Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning and program evaluation
- Supporting program compliance and continuous improvement efforts
