Job Description

As the Trade Marketing Specialist youll work cross-functionally with sales brand global marketing operations and external partners to ensure brand consistency and retail excellence across all touchpoints.

This role will see you play a key part in planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns incentive programs and retail activations. With strong project management skills youll ensure flawless delivery of seasonal launches events and POS execution from concept through to installation. You will also support budget tracking and campaign reporting providing insights that help optimise future activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee in-store displays windows and layouts across wholesale independant retailers and major accounts ensuring campaigns land on time and on budget.

  • Lead end-to-end project management of trade marketing campaigns including timelines budgets stakeholder communication and execution

  • Develop and implement trade incentive programs to drive customer engagement and sales

  • Coordinate product launches roadshows and retail activations ensuring high-impact execution across ANZ

  • Plan and deliver impactful retail and wholesale activations manage trade shows and events and create marketing collateral

  • Lead the integration of digital solutions and data-driven insights into trade marketing activity

  • Report on trade activation performance providing insights and recommendations to optimise growth

  • Act as the key contact for partners ensuring best-in-class execution

  • Manage POS materials in-store displays and merchandising solutions

  • Adapt global marketing toolkits for the local market ensuring they align with regional needs and standards

  • Oversee permanent fixture rollouts and in-store elevations (windows pop-ups) in partnership with creative agencies and vendors

  • Work closely with sales teams retail partners and global marketing colleagues to ensure brand consistency and maximise exposure

  • Monitor trends analyse campaign performance and bring fresh ideas to improve results year after year

  • Support budget tracking forecasting and purchase order processing

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing and/or brand marketing specifically within Retail or FMCG

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field

  • Proficiency with Adobe products specifically Illustrator Photoshop and XD as well as experience with modern graphic design tools (Indesign Figma Canva).

  • Strong project management and coordination skills highly organised and deadline-driven.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver creative briefs that translate into effective campaigns

  • Proven team player with an ability to develop quality cross-functional relationships

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment under pressure

  • Superior critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Proactive collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
