Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to every client ensuring they receive personalized attention and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Actively engaging with clients through outreach initiatives and creative events to drive sales and expand the customer base.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for Hästens promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Leading by example delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensuring the Hästens store environment is welcoming organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.


Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelors or masters degree from university.
  • Drivers license
  • Sales Experience with demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM experience.
  • Proactive Attitude and self-motivated proactive approach to sales with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to listen attentively to clients needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in local language and English.
  • Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written to articulate product features and benefits as well as build rapport with clients.
  • Relationship Building Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and colleagues fostering loyalty and collaboration.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to accommodate the needs of the business and clients.
