Job Summary
Workload: 100%
Be part of Axpos Generative AI Competence Center. Prototype and pilot Gen AI solutions that help people work smarter and shape the future of energy in a collaborative fast-moving environment.
What you will do:
- Design build and experiment with Gen AI solutions for real business needs across the energy value chain
- Lead end-to-end pilots: from ideation and rapid prototyping to testing iteration and handover
- Collaborate with product owners domain experts and engineers to identify and deliver impactful use cases
- Work autonomously in uncharted areas proposing creative approaches and clear next steps
- Document learnings and patterns to grow our shared knowledge base
- Track the Gen AI ecosystem and help define best practices architecture and tooling
What you bring & who you are:
- Must-have: Degree in Computer Science/ML or equivalent practical experience
- Must-have: 23 years in AI or software engineering with strong Python skills
- Must-have: Hands-on with Gen AI (LLM APIs integration frameworks vector DBs RAG LLMOps)
- Must-have: Experience integrating AI components into products or platforms; familiarity with Azure or similar cloud
- Nice-to-have: Experience in the energy sector prompt engineering evaluation frameworks or MLOps
- Nice-to-have: Machine Learning expertise
- Youre curious self-driven and comfortable with ambiguityplease apply even if you dont tick every box
