Job Description

The Role

Were looking for a Partnership Development Specialist to expand our network of nonprofit partners across the EMEA this role youll be responsible for sourcing pitching and onboarding new partners that enable us to scale our emergency housing programs.

This is a dynamic hands-on position where youll build relationships from the ground up. Youll focus on identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into active partnershelping us extend our reach and impact where it matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify research and build a strong pipeline of nonprofit partners across priority regions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that align partner goals with mission.
  • Lead partners through the entire onboarding journey from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure new partners have clear expectations tools and resources.
  • Share field insights to refine outreach strategies and onboarding materials.
  • . Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner recruitment supports program priorities.

Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in business development partnerships nonprofit program development or related fields. Experience through volunteering is valid.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Experience successfully sourcing and closing partnerships or business relationships.
  • Outstanding relationship-building communication and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple leads and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated independent and comfortable working remotely.
  • Background in disaster response humanitarian aid housing or community development is a plus.
  • Additional language skills (Italian German or others) are advantageous.
