Job Description
For our client an international investment company we are looking for a
Group Chief Financial Officer (m/f) 100%
to work in Cyprus or the UK with relocation options available.
About the Role:
The CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board driving the financial strategy of a multi-jurisdictional group. This role covers financial leadership treasury reporting compliance and M&A ensuring stability and long-term value creation for shareholders.
Tasks
- Lead financial strategy corporate structuring and capital allocation across 10 entities.
- Manage liquidity treasury and relationships with international banking partners.
- Drive M&A transactions due diligence and post-deal integration.
- Oversee accounting tax compliance reporting and ERP/financial systems implementation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in Cyprus and the UK as well as other relevant jurisdictions.
- Build and lead an international finance team.
Requirements
- 10 years of senior financial leadership incl. 5 in Asset/Wealth Management.
- Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional groups IFRS/US GAAP and audits.
- Strong background in tax regulatory environments and M&A.
- Big4 / Tier-1 consulting experience is an advantage.
- CFA CPA or ACCA qualification (mandatory or in progress).
- Fluent English; Russian French or German are a plus.
