Job Summary

For our client an international investment company we are looking for a

Group Chief Financial Officer (m/f) 100%

to work in Cyprus or the UK with relocation options available.

About the Role:

The CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board driving the financial strategy of a multi-jurisdictional group. This role covers financial leadership treasury reporting compliance and M&A ensuring stability and long-term value creation for shareholders.

Tasks

Lead financial strategy corporate structuring and capital allocation across 10 entities.
Manage liquidity treasury and relationships with international banking partners.
Drive M&A transactions due diligence and post-deal integration.
Oversee accounting tax compliance reporting and ERP/financial systems implementation.
Ensure regulatory compliance in Cyprus and the UK as well as other relevant jurisdictions.
Build and lead an international finance team.

Requirements

10 years of senior financial leadership incl. 5 in Asset/Wealth Management.
Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional groups IFRS/US GAAP and audits.
Strong background in tax regulatory environments and M&A.
Big4 / Tier-1 consulting experience is an advantage.
CFA CPA or ACCA qualification (mandatory or in progress).
Fluent English; Russian French or German are a plus.
