Job Description:
Exp: (4-5yrs or 8-10yrs experience in communication (mandatory)
BA/BSc or relevant (graduation mandatory)
Disqualifiers: Poor written english / quality of CVs inability to function proactively (requires detailed instructions everyday)
NP: Immediate
Top 3 Skills: Excellent content production (copy writing editing) spoken & written English aligned to the org culture & priorities
Able to proactively initiate comms initiatives for the org/leaders in line with the orgs priorities.
Assist the team in owning error-free internal and external comms for the org.

Typical day in the role:Work on emails ppts website and social media content newsletters leadership comms. Work closely with leaders across the org and the comms team to meet all deadlines build a brand with meticulous attention to details. No chance of flex or remote work. The possibility of conversion to FTE is there depending on business need and performance of candidate.

JD:

We are looking to employ a communication specialist to manage org and leadership communication. The person will have exceptional internal and external communication skills.
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast past environment. You are able to work under pressure with meticulous attention to details and meeting deadlines. To ensure success of the communications team you are innovative organized self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messages to internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
Deploy effective corporate and external communication strategies that includes internal & external communication on social media.
Manage internal communications (emails ppts newsletters etc.) through collaboration with the comms and biz teams
Research write or vet content and design for emails newsletters org website infographics social media etc (all internal & external communication channels) to provide exceptional output and meet deadlines..
Plan and initiate communication initiatives for org events
Maintain knowledge of the companies policies brand guidelines style guide and keep up to date with relevant developments.
Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas in line with the organizational goals
Assist in communication from leadership
Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes
Proactively measure performance of communication strategies

Requirements and skills
Proven 4 or 8 years experience as communications specialist for internal and external communication preferably in large organizations
Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication (oral and written) essential
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams.
Works well under pressure and meets timelines.
BSc/BA in public relations communications or relevant field
