Global LAN & Wi-Fi management of Incidents and Requests on Aruba Switches and Aruba Access Points
Key Performance Indicators:
24*7*365 Troubleshooting and Diagnosing LAN & Wi-Fi Resolution of Network Issues to maintain high Network Availability for end users/businesses
Qualificaton:
B.E (EXTC)
Functional Skills/Competencies:
Good hands-on experience on Wireless technology particularly Aruba Switches and Aruba Access Points Basic Knowledge on Network Routing and Firewall
Behavioral Skills/Competencies:
Perfect communication in English End-user service-oriented Good Interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure Rigour and synthesis Advanced level of troubleshooting skills
