| Job Description | Essential Skills - Creation and maintenance of detailed designs based on the SW architecture (both QM
- and ASIL) as input and its transformation into configured and/or implemented SW units
- according to industry standards and coding guidelines (e.g. MISRA).
- Development of SW components that connect and interface the GKN product software at
- RTE-level with the vehicle network and if applicable OEM-specific SW components.
- Development of SW detailed designs the development of unit test to verify the correct
- implementation of the SW units and corresponding SW artefacts as input to SW
- integration.
- Collaboration with the SW architect regarding the definition and allocation of interfaces for
- the detailed level of component functionality.
- Support of the SW requirements and architecture team as well as SW integration and
- testing activities for error analysis and active debugging.
- Verification of developed code using static and dynamic testing in compliance with
- MISRA standards and verified by tools (Polyspace).
- Active collaboration with all relevant stakeholders esp. the SW project lead for a reliable
- planning effort estimation and progress tracking for both SWE.3 and SWE.4 activities.
