Vascular Surgery Procedures Required:
Aneurysm repairs Thoracic Abdominal Peripheral Vascular Access Devices AV shunt

Endovascular Surgery Procedures Required:
Carotid Artery Stenting Bypass Surgery Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
Carotid Artery Stenting Bypass Surgery Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
Treatment of: Lymphedema

Requirement description :
- Board Certified/FACS - REQUIRED
- Active OH license (no exceptions) - REQUIRED
- DEA - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
- Provider must be available for listed dates - REQUIRED
