- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the CCMS implementation timeline and project goals.
- Design and develop instructional materials using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions for end-users super users and trainers ensuring knowledge transfer and system adoption.
- Coordinate and mentor a team of trainers or instructional designers ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance metrics; refine training programs based on findings.
- Support organizational change initiatives by promoting user engagement addressing resistance and reinforcing new workflows and behaviors.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure training aligns with system updates and user needs.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Information Technology Criminal Justice or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in training development and delivery for enterprise software implementations.
- Proven experience leading training efforts for large-scale IT projects preferably in government or judicial environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with case management systems or similar judicial/public sector applications.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training using various modalities (in-person virtual e-learning).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT business units and external vendors.
- Experience in designing and delivering training for enterprise software systems.
