Role Overview:
The Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) Specialist will provide production support and subject matter expertise for product data management within the Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem. This is a techno-functional role requiring both functional expertise in product lifecycle/data governance and technical skills to analyze integrations recommend configuration changes and ensure stability of PDH processes. The specialist will collaborate with ERP Retail and Finance teams to resolve issues optimize product data integrations and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Experience / Skills Required:
Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) in Oracle Cloud ERP
Knowledgeable about RFI integrations to ERP Cloud
Experience with integration to Oracle RMFCS (Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service ) and other Oracle ERP Cloud applications (CFIN)
Experience understanding system architecture and providing consulting support
Experience in making recommendations for configuration and setup changes to PDH applications
Experience analyzing and providing guidance on Oracle patch testing cycles (monthly quarterly semiannual)
Experience in interpreting requirements and mapping them to out-of-the-box solutions
Experience in modifying project documentation including security role changes application setups and technical integration specifications
Tasks To Be Performed / Skillsets Required:
Work with production support resources to analyze root causes of item issues
Provide consulting support on overall architecture and product data management processes
Recommend configuration and setup changes to PDH applications as needed
Analyze and provide guidance on testing Oracle patches (monthly quarterly semiannual)
Translate business requirements into out-of-the-box PDH solutions and provide recommendations
Update project documentation such as security role changes application setups and technical integration specifications
Years Experience Desired:
3 years with Oracle Cloud applications
5 years with non-Cloud Oracle applications
Years Experience Desired:
Overall 12 Years of IT experience
3 years with Oracle PDH Cloud
5 years with Oracle ERP applications
Certification Preferred:
Oracle Product Data Hub certification
